1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and okttph (hereinafter "okttph," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating under license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms govern your access to and use of the okttph website, mobile applications, gaming services, and all associated features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account on okttph, accessing our platform, placing wagers, or utilizing any aspect of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally accept all provisions contained within these Terms. Your continued use of okttph Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or modifications that may be implemented from time to time.

okttph reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Users. All changes become effective immediately upon publication on the okttph website. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to remain informed of any modifications. Continued use of okttph Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of all okttph Services and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration Requirements

To register for and use okttph Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. okttph strictly prohibits underage gaming and will take all necessary measures, including account closure and fund forfeiture, if underage participation is discovered.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing okttph Services. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or those declared legally incompetent are prohibited from using okttph Services.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR, okttph, or any other gaming operator, nor be subject to any gambling-related legal prohibition or restriction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of okttph, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any entity involved in the provision of okttph Services.

During account registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use false, misleading, or fraudulent information. okttph reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You may register only one (1) account with okttph. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited. If okttph identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all transactions, forfeit balances, and ban the individual from future participation.

3. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okttph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods you employ. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit others to access your account, or use another person's account. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

You agree to immediately notify okttph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, discover any security breach, or become aware that your credentials have been compromised. okttph is not liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to properly secure your credentials or promptly report suspicious activity.

You agree not to use okttph Services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: engaging in money laundering or terrorism financing; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place wagers; reverse engineering or decompiling okttph software; and transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

okttph accepts deposits via payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the platform, which may include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods approved for Philippine users. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. Deposit processing times vary by method but generally occur within minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions.

You acknowledge that all funds deposited into your okttph account must originate from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okttph reserves the right to refuse deposits, reverse transactions, or close accounts if we suspect that funds originate from illegal activities, belong to a third party, or violate anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with okttph withdrawal policies and procedures. Before processing any withdrawal, okttph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, provide source of funds documentation, and satisfy any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds and bonuses. Withdrawal processing times typically range from 2 to 6 hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, though processing may take longer for bank transfers or if additional verification is required.

okttph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification status, payment method selected, and player history. We also reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or any other irregularity. All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

okttph offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and other restrictions as specified in the promotional terms.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds and any associated winnings before those funds become withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place a total of ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely as specified in bonus terms.

okttph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player has abused promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using deposit methods solely to qualify for bonuses without genuine gaming intent; engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing funds while an active bonus is in progress may forfeit the existing bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if not used within the specified validity period. okttph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on okttph operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG algorithms and cannot be predicted or manipulated by okttph or any player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game represent theoretical long-term payouts and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.

okttph employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor gaming activity and identify suspicious patterns. Any player found to be cheating, colluding, manipulating game outcomes, exploiting software errors, or otherwise engaging in unfair play will have their account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and may face legal action. This includes but is not limited to using automated software or bots, exploiting technical glitches for financial gain, and coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages.

If a technical error, software malfunction, or human error results in incorrect game outcomes, odds, or payouts, okttph reserves the right to void the affected wagers and correct player balances. Players must immediately report any identified errors or malfunctions to okttph customer support. Continued exploitation of known errors constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

okttph provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. okttph is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, communication network failures, or unauthorized access to your account.

In no event shall okttph, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use okttph Services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of okttph Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of okttph Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and okttph. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and governed by Philippine law. By using okttph Services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objection to venue.

8. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your okttph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees, pending wagering requirements are satisfied, and verification procedures are completed. Bonuses and promotional funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

okttph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon involuntary account closure for Terms violations, okttph may forfeit your account balance and refuse future service.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Sections pertaining to indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution survive any termination of these Terms.
